Grinshari Empire – An expansionist empire which sprang from the Oricish homeworld of Grensh. Currently a major political superpower.
Valenyr – The elven people of Valen-Thrynn, a dense jungle shard
Morrdun – Locked away inside their massive artificial shard, the dwarves seldom leave the Cube-world of Moradyn 8.
Pram-Azgaa – A society of savage, druidic Orc tribes that oppose the technological advances and imperialistic outreach of the Grinshari Empire.
Gifted – Goblin societies which have retained the inherent psionic powers of their First-World ancestors.
Ungifted – Lacking the power of their ancestors, these goblins resent their Gifted cousins.
Fraanir – A society descended from dragons, ruled by the mightiest sorcerer.
Alhakkar – A congregation of desert-dwelling gnoll clans, the Alhakkar once were the slave-race to the Yaun-Ti of Amonos but have long since broken the chains of oppression.

Sovereign Dragons – The Grinshari Grand Council of Worlds holds a particular classification for certain dragons that are powerful enough to be classified among the same ranks as entire Shards.
